What is EDI?(Electronic Data Interchange)

It is the structured exchange of business documents in a standard electronic format between business partners. EDI benefits are:

The most common use of EDI is to manage the purchase orders and the invoices.

Calcgen Software Team can manage the invoices received from suppliers that could be on any format from spreadsheet to their own custom scanned version of invoice. Calcgen after receiving the invoices received in different format will automatically generate the invoice in EDI format using SDK and/or API. The created invoice in EDI format can be directly communicated to suppliers using email or any other system.

What if suppliers doesn’t have electronic invoice system?

NO WORRIES. Calcgen Team will work with individual suppliers to create a system which will make it possible to transfer all the invoices into electronic version.

Calcgen have the capacity to store the data and can provide this service for data security. User will be able to sign in into Calcgen system, and get access to their invoice anywhere anytime. This is added feature and will be provided at a reasonable cost.
