SKID PACKAGING

Under Skid packages, MechSolve is adept at Multidisciplinary Design and Detailing engineering work, including piping, mechanical, structural, and electrical/instrumentation.

Our scope of work for the DEA Filtration Package project included:

• Project management, 3D Modelling, System Study, Control Philosophy, amon other supporting requirements.

INJECTION SKID PACKAGES

Our scope of work for Injection skid Packages includes, but is not limited to:

• 3D Modelling of Skid including Vessel/Tank, Structure, Piping, Instruments, Values, Pumps etc.

• Design of Tank, Vessel.

• Structural Design

• Generating Isometrics, GA and Detailed drawing for Skid, Vessel/Tank, Structural, and Layout drawings, etc.

• Lifting check & Design of Lifting lug, Spreader Beams etc.

• Preparation of Datasheets

STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS AND DESIGN

Our scope of work includes:

• Design of pipe racks, equipment support structures, etc.

• Design of skid frames for skid mounted system.

• Design of lifting frames/spreader beams.

• Design of Industrial Shade.

FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS

Our scope of work includes:

• FEA as per ASME Sec. VIII Div.2 which includes Hotbox analysis, Lifting, Hydro test, Nozzle analysis, Fatigue Evaluation.

• FEA for Abnormalities like vessel damage and corresponding repair work, Vessel Ovality, Skirt offsets, baffle analysis to predict the failure of baffle.

• FEA for Structural, component analysis, assembly analysis, etc.

• FEA for Heat exchangers, Expansion Bellows etc.

FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS

• FEA as per ASME Sec. VIII. Div. 2 / API 579 - ASME FFS1

• Type of Analysis includes: Thermal-steady state & transient, Structural - steady state & transient, Linear Elastic, Nonlinear-Plastic, Coupled analysis, Fatigue, Creep.

• The FEA includes Nozzle analysis, entire equipment analysis, hotbox analysis, lifting analysis, fatigue analysis, creep analysis etc.

• FEA for the abnormalities as vessel damage / denting and corresponding repair work,

• Vessel ovality, skirt offsets due to ovality, baffle analysis to predict the failure of baffle etc.

• Thermal + Mechanical analysis of Heat exchange.

• FEA for expansion bellow.

• Analysis of any miscellaneous component.

• Validation of third party, third software.

Our scope of work includes:

• 3D modelling of Equipment, machine components, plant models etc.

• Drafting of general arrangement drawing, fabrication drawing, machine drawings etc.

• Conversion of PDF or hard copies AutoCAD format.
